Frequently asked questions about digitalising your hotel

¿Cuánto tarda la implantación en mi hotel?
Entre 3 y 10 días según el alcance. Trabajamos sin obras, sin cortar el servicio y formamos a tu equipo durante la propia instalación. La mayoría de hoteles están operativos en menos de una semana. Si hay cableado que instalar, puede añadir 1-2 días adicionales — siempre planificados en temporada baja o por fases para no afectar a la operativa.
¿Necesito integrar esto con mi PMS actual?
No es obligatorio. Nuestras soluciones funcionan de forma autónoma, pero se integran con los principales PMS del mercado (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, Protel, Sihot y otros) si quieres unificar datos. La integración es bidireccional y la hacemos nosotros, no tu equipo. Si tu PMS tiene API, lo conectamos.
¿Y si mi equipo no es muy técnico?
Justo por eso diseñamos cada interfaz pensando en recepcionistas, no en programadores. Formamos a tu equipo durante la propia instalación y ofrecemos soporte humano por WhatsApp, llamada o email cuando lo necesites. La curva de aprendizaje es de horas, no de semanas.
¿Hay permanencia o licencias a largo plazo?
No exigimos permanencias eternas. Trabajamos con modelos flexibles, sin letra pequeña y con precios transparentes desde el primer día. Si no estás satisfecho en 30 días, te vas — es nuestra manera de demostrar que confiamos en lo que hacemos.
¿Puedo empezar solo con una solución y añadir más después?
Sí. La mayoría de hoteles empieza por etiquetas electrónicas o smart check-in y va escalando. Toda la plataforma está conectada, así que añadir una solución nueva es cuestión de días. Cada módulo se integra con los anteriores sin rehacer nada.
¿Qué pasa si necesito ayuda después de la instalación?
